The staff was helpful. i ate at the bar and the food was tasty. a GREAT server, anthony, provided local attraction tips. the location allowed for a visit to the historic center. A walk led me to a subway station, a short ride downtown. the breakfast offered good options.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i was able to get an omelet of my choice at the omelet station. the front desk staff helped me get late checkout. the location is great if you are only returning your car and shuttling to the airport.
i was advised i would be able to telephone to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. the phone service wasn't working. i could not access the shuttle so i paid for a taxi.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!

This place is super close to the airport and major roadways. The free breakfast had many choices including omelets cooked just for me. I really liked the fitness center. It had treadmills and lots of free weights. The staff was super helpful with directions and suggestions.
The $60 per night valet parking felt really high. I felt I had no alternative parking option.

The front desk offers quick check-in and assistance with luggage storage. The staff quickly addressed minor issues with the room upon request. The bell service provides assistance with transportation arrangements. This is efficient.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport terminals, which makes travel simple. Public transport to downtown areas is accessible nearby, so you can skip rental cars. I loved that it was near many dining options.

The suite has a separate living area with a sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom included a king-sized bed and another TV. I found two sinks in the bathroom. This allowed multiple people to get ready easily.

the location allowed easy access to the subway system
the air conditioning unit was loud it disrupted my sleep. breakfast was not up to standard nuts for oatmeal were missing. i would have chosen a cheaper hotel located further from the airport.
