The room had a big, comfortable bed i slept soundly in. the shower was spacious with multiple settings for water pressure. the staff were genuinely friendly. They provided a late check-out upon request. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me greatly.

the parking fee cost £10 per night a charge i found unexpectedly high.

fantastic stay

clean room modern decor

i enjoyed the very clean and modern decor. the owners were fantastic and really helpful. i liked that the bathroom was the best i've ever had (it felt spacious!). the staff was also helpful and friendly.

i wasn't told anything about breakfast at check-in. the selection was not great, especially for kids (i think yoghurts or croissants would be a nice addition). there were not enough tea and coffee supplies in the room either.

the male receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the housekeeper gave us a tour of the room upon arrival and explained everything. overall, the staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

the bar area provided plenty of drink options, even though i didn't use it much. the breakfast area was clean, however the breakfast choices themselves were limited. i think adding more variety could improve this.

the hotel is close to the sea front and shops. the surrounding area was quiet, which i appreciated (especially at night!). a short walk gets you to the tower, beach front, and coral island.

The staff was helpful. The location is great and near many attractions. The room had smart tv. WiFi was available. The breakfast offered a good selection.

i found a tiny sink in the bathroom. This made washing up a bit difficult.

adequate stay overall

modern room clean room comfortable bed poor wifi leaky shower thin wall

the room was really modern. i found it immaculate and clean. the bed was very comfortable.

the wifi wasn't good at all. the shower leaked a lot, even with towels trying to stop the water. the walls are very thin too, i could hear the rooms next door very easily.
