i found the staff to be quite helpful. they assisted with directions and local information. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i liked the location, near many shops and restaurants. it was convenient to explore the area.

the room lacked soundproofing. i heard noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. also the wifi signal was weak in my room. i had trouble connecting at times, and it was frustrating. i expected better internet connectivity.

the room was not very clean. i saw marks on the floor. the skirting boards were ALSO quite dirty. the bathroom door was difficult to open it was very heavy.
