smooth check-in useful shop

Check-in was smooth. Room service was attentive to making up the room I appreciated the little shop in the reception.

The housekeeping could improve dinner plates were left outside rooms.

the bus stop was just a short walk away, it was acceptable.

the room was very small. there was no bin, so i struggled with rubbish disposal. also, the mattress felt quite thin and uncomfortable.

dirty plates missing coffee

the housekeeping wasnt great. dirty plates stayed in the hall outside the rooms for days. i did tell reception about it, but nobody cared. the rooms got cleaned okay, but sometimes the trash wasnt emptied, and they didnt give me more coffee when i ran out.
