the location was indeed convenient. the hotel is near the airport and many useful facilities are within walking distance. i found the service excellent, and the staff were always polite and attentive to my needs. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast.. the continental options were varied and fresh.
my only slight concern was the wi-fi. the internet connection was not always reliable during peak hours.

Convenient Stay Near the Airport

The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle available around the clock. The staff were friendly. They helped me quickly get a taxi (which was very useful). The room had a good shower.
The bathroom was dark and slightly outdated. It seemed like a tight space with dark brown decor. The traffic noise from the main road outside was noticeable. The windows did not insulate well.

The restaurant management displayed rude behavior towards the staff, affecting the overall dining atmosphere. upon my arrival, i found the room lacked essential towels. I contacted reception (they seemed unsurprised), and towels were delivered, though a floor towel and hand towels were missing. the room's cleanliness could have been better.

The hotel offered a useful gym with modern equipment. I found exercise bikes and several treadmills working well. The breakfast buffet included many options, such as fruit, pastries and hot dishes. I greatly appreciated the availability of fresh juices each morning, it was a good way to start the day.
The deposit return process seemed a bit slow after checkout. I hope they solve it.
