This hotel was a lifesaver after a long flight. It's in a convenient spot, super close to LAX, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out after my husband's accident in the bathroom. The rooms are clean and comfy but the hotel itself was a little rough around the edges.

A mixed bag. While the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, the hotel is clearly aging, and showing it. Shuttle service was a plus, but the overall condition needs improvement. The staff made all the difference though.
