I arrived and a very strong smoke smell greeted me. The smell seemed to be everywhere, even in my room. The towels smelled like smoke. The room size was very small for what they charged me.

The hosts were lovely. Breakfast was fabulous and the location was great! I found the rooms clean and comfy. We were very close to the town, and that's a huge plus.

The bedroom was tiny and very basic. I noticed a strong cigarette smoke smell. The hotel overall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Though it was not overwhelming.

the location was spot on. it was close to many attractions. the breakfast i had was also fab. i found the owners quite friendly.

my bedroom was a little tiny. it was also very basic. i noticed the hotel smelt strongly of smoke.

the owners were very friendly. they catered to all my needs. breakfast was delicious. the location was close to the sea front and all the shops and other amenities.

the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. the bedroom was tiny and very basic. there was no secure parking as stated. (i had to use a paid car park up the road.)

friendly owners bigger room delicious breakfast perfect temperature

i found the owners very friendly and helpful. i received a bigger room upgrade, and it was decent, nice and neat. the breakfast was really delicious, with plenty of choice. the room temperature was perfect.

the only small issue was that i noticed a slight smell of smoke in the hotel, but it wasn't overwhelming.

parking was secure for the whole weekend. the location allows easy access from the train station. bus routes to the town centre are close. beachfront and town shops are a short walk away
