Fantastic Botanical Garden Views!

The location is perfect, I loved its proximity to key areas and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens! Super friendly staff are available 24/7 to assist guests. The Premier Queen Room had a great view of the garden and the Central skyline. The new carpet felt great underfoot!

The hotel charged me for the water in the room and didn't tell me before. I think this is a pretty inconvenient policy.

There are not many dining options within the hotel, I noticed this. A Fusion supermarket is conveniently located in the adjacent building, I bought snacks and drinks there.

The staff are very professional, and the main manager did a great job to ensure a great stay! Daily change of towels occurred and garbage was removed. Leaving luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out was simple.

The hotel is close to Victoria Peak tram station, I walked there easily. The walk downhill to Central takes about 10-15 minutes. The hotel is right across from Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, it is beautiful to walk through.

The staff quickly organized the room type I requested. I found amazing views over the park from my room. The bed offered great comfort. The staff proved helpful when I departed.

The front desk charged my card using a currency of their choice without asking. Later, while I was sleeping, they called me to sign a document. It should have been handled at check-in.

The hotel location proved advantageous near the botanical gardens. I found a Fusion supermarket in the adjacent building. It was convenient. The bus stop in front of the hotel facilitated transport. The Peak Tram was within walking distance from the hotel.

I found that the restaurant operated on a limited schedule. The restaurant's closure over the weekend restricted dining options. I think that it would be more beneficial if the restaurant offered daily breakfast service.

the views from the room overlooked the botanical gardens, so the room location was acceptable.

I was disappointed. I had the superior queen room, but it was nothing special. It felt just like a normal room. they only give you a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a bar of soap, and there is nothing else. i don't expect this level from a four-star hotel!!!
