a stay filled with character and warmth

the front desk lady was nice. she let us check in earlier. we got a upgrade to a suite. it was beautiful. the staff were polite too. valet parking felt attentive and the front desk staff got me in early after my long travel day.
the tv wasn't smart, a minor bummer, it felt a bit outdated.

this building has a great historic feel. there are lots of historical pictures throughout. a rooftop is available . there is no pool available at this premises.

i was able to walk in the district. bars and restaurants are close. this allows enjoying the area. privacy remains available. it is great that it is not too close to fifth avenue.

The hotel offered a nice rooftop space with free coffee and tea. It was so convenient to grab a drink and sit enjoying the views. Our room felt spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise. The staff was accommodating. They allowed us to bring our drinks to the rooftop.
The street closures created some difficulties, particularly after midnight.

merry at the front desk was amazing. the hotel's location is convenient, close to everything and public transit. the suite was spacious and well-equipped. valet parking was convenient and worth the cost.
the hotel can be noisy at night because of the nearby nightclubs.

The staff was attentive and professional. The room had a microwave, fridge, and kettle to make coffee. I found the location near the Convention Centre convenient. The service was helpful .
The first room was too small. The A/C was noisy. I found the beds hard, and the entry doors let in hallway light. Rooms were not cleaned well.

The staff was excellent at this location. They were always available.
My room faced an interior shaft, so it had no natural light. It seemed like a cave. The outdated elevators were painfully slow and often crowded. I sometimes waited several minutes for a ride.
