the hotel is conveniently close to two train stations. this allowed for uncomplicated travel around the area. the breakfast staff greeted guests promptly and provided good service. the selection of complimentary toiletries on the first floor was useful.

the check in process was rigid. early check-ins were not possible. the room was quite small and included all basic amenities. i found the vending machine to be overpriced.

the hotel is near the river, and it was very quiet at night. the staff were helpful and nice to us. location is great to connect with the yamanote line. it is a short walk away from the tokyo tower.

the room was small. there was barely enough space to fit two regular-sized suitcases. the air conditioning did not work . the issue was not resolved after filing a complaint, so the stay was uncomfortable.
