The room was a great size with a nice view. The hotel is nestled within a beautiful mangrove preserve with many animals and birds to see as you travel along the winding boardwalk (it was a beautiful area).

No one at the front desk explained anything about hotel amenities. There was no working phone in the room, and the front desk did not seem interested (I found this inconvenient).

the room we booked through bookings.com was not what we expected. it was listed as a two bedroom suite, but it was a room with two beds. this was misleading advertising. i was not happy.
