Will at reception gave a very warm welcome. It helped a lot, as it was my first time there. he supported me with all issues very effectively. i think anyone who wants to have a pleasant and inviting place to stay should choose this hotel. the thai restaurant had tasty food and relaxing ambience. the room had a lot of space, so it was comfortable and clean.

the location is very convenient. it is close to the ferry terminal (i found this to be quite useful). i also appreciated the complimentary facilities, especially the swimming pool. the spa looked inviting too.

the breakfast service was quite slow. it seemed understaffed and many food items were empty (this happened even when i arrived early at 7am). the room i was assigned was rather dark. it lacked the style i expected for a resort of this category.
