quick service good food electrical switch usb socket
the room service was quick. the food delivered was really good. i appreciated the convenient in-room dining service. the breakfast had a great selection.
the electrical switch was not working. the usb socket also was not working in most areas of the room. water drainage was not proper in the bathroom basin. water drained very slowly.

i found the room very clean. the front desk staff member, wasim, provided dedicated service during a busy check-in. nancy greeted me with a smile upon checkout. the hotel staff deserve much credit for their dedicated and attentive service.
the swimming pool capacity is limited, which might affect the experience when more guests are present.

lovely staff superior room shower area excellent cleanliness
This hotel had an excellent location near the airport. The staff was lovely, and it seemed like a Boutique hotel. I was upgraded to a superior room, nice. The cleanliness really impressed me, and the shower area was REALLY good!
The breakfast was a bit simple. IT really lacked variety beyond the Indian options.

The hotel features a gym, and I found it perfectly adequate for my workout needs. The pool area has plenty of space, I always found a spot to relax and soak up the sun after a long day.

My superior King room offered plenty of space, I certainly had room to spread out and unwind! The air conditioning worked efficiently, and I slept very comfortably with no disturbances from outside noise.

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, and I always felt welcome. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I appreciated the swift service. The room service was also excellent. The orders arrived quickly, and the food was always hot.
