the location was great for accessing public transportation.. i found the staff friendly and helpful . i had a standard queen room, and it included basic facilities like a fridge, jug, tea, and coffee.
the air conditioning system kept reverting back to 23 degrees during the night, difficult to maintain a cool room temperature.

small showerflooded bathroom
The walk-in shower was quite small. whenever i showered, water leaked out of the shower door and flooded the bathroom floor. It was a real mess. i had to use bath mats to mop up the water. It was inconvenient. they really should replace the shower screen and door because it seems very old.

The location proved convenient. It offered short walks to Central Station and the tram to Circular Quay. Check-in was easy. Luggage storage allowed freedom to explore on the last day after check-out before heading to the airport.
The room requires updates. The mattress felt thin and bowed in the middle. Pillows offered little support. The curtains needed fixing.

The room included a television that only had free-to-air channels, so I brought my own device. The air conditioner worked fine. Daily servicing occurred with additional charges.

The staff handled luggage storage very securely. They are available to help. The reception desk was helpful when I needed to replenish tea and coffee. The bar offered a good selection of drinks.
