the free airport shuttle ran frequently, i found it very helpful. breakfast included several choices, and the food tasted fresh. the room was also very clean and quiet, it helped me rest well before my flight.
the gym was small and lacked some equipment. i found only a couple of treadmills were available. additional weight machines would improve it.
