the shuttle service was prompt and convenient. it made getting to and from the airport easy. the breakfast was also good. there was a wide selection of items (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).

the air conditioning in the room was a bit loud. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the room wasn't cleaned daily, only every other day. the bar did not stock cocktails (i found that inconvenient).

The breakfast had a great selection and the staff was replenishing it frequently. the airport shuttle pick up happened within 15 minutes. The shuttle was packed though.

I did not like that i had to pay for parking. It was $20 a day, even as a hotel guest. hallway noise was a significant issue. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

The staff was nice. The airport shuttle service was a big plus.

The heater in the room was hard to operate. It was not staying on. The outlets in the nightstand next to beds did not charge our phones or devices.
