Hayward Hotel enjoys a prime location close to food outlets, pubs & clubs, the Tower, and the beach, making it easy to explore. Guests often find the rooms large and spacious, equipped with a little wardrobe with coat hangers; though some have mentioned that the bathrooms could use an upgrade. The full British breakfast, complete with sausage, bacon, eggs, tomato, beans and especially the delicious hash browns, is a highlight, served in a lovely big dining area, and it is worth the cost.

the family room was clean. fresh towels were laid out for us (which was really helpful after a day at the beach).

the room felt quite dated. the bathroom needed an upgrade, though it was functional (it definitely could have used some tlc).

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The location is fabulous! Breakfast had delicious hash browns. I loved that the staff was so friendly and cute. I will be back!

The curtains did not fit the window, so the morning sun woke me up early. The blinds were broken. That needs fixing!

the location was decent I suppose.

the bathroom was grim it was small and the shower head was caked in limescale. the lock on my door was hanging off and I didn't feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. the stairs looked unsafe and had exposed wires.
