the hotel location is seriously great! it's super close to the airport. the front desk staff even helped arrange a taxi for my early morning ride, they are very helpful.

my bathroom was so cold! and there was no remote to turn up the room temp. i went for breakfast at 8:30 and there were no eggs left, so that was a bummer, and there was not much bread left either.

the staff was readily available to help with our luggage. the transfer service was on time and very convenient. the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport at the same price as our initial ride. i found the breakfast items well-presented and tasty.

the soundproofing could be better as i could hear some noise from the hallway

The location is definitely convenient. It is near the airport. The staff communicated clearly about the shuttle. The breakfast was also substantial.

The outlets near the bed did not work. The tile wall at the box shower seemed about to fall.

The room was rather small! This proved difficult as I attempted to repack my luggage. The promised coffee in the room was missing, a definite oversight. I also found the noise from adjacent rooms quite bothersome. Walls looked thin, and disturbances affected my rest.
