the room included a coffee machine and a minibar, a lovely touch. the staff were helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions i had. i found it very easy to relax before my next flight.

the bed was not made properly and the mattress felt a bit cheap. also, i think updates on the electric switches integrating usb ports would be beneficial. it is a minor detail though.

This hotel offers proximity to the airport. I didn't have to worry about long transfers. The room was modern and CLEAN. The bed provided a restful sleep (after a long flight, this was very welcome). The staff were courteous and helpful.

Sound from nearby trains was audible, though it stopped for a few hours overnight.

the hotel is very close to the metro station (only 50 meters). the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the location is great if you arrive late and depart early.

the shower had weak water pressure, the water barely reached the floor. i sent an email requesting directions and never received a response (this was disappointing). it was difficult to find the hotel initially because there were no clear signs.
