cold air broken wifi

the staff were attentive and polite, i'll say that. it was nice to let fresh air in.

the wifi did not work, a big problem for me. the air conditioning unit did not provide cold air, it was very hot. i felt quite uncomfortable.

i found the location quite convenient, a short taxi ride got me to the airport quickly. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room had a beautiful garden view, and the external seating was a plus. i appreciated the comfortable bed and great pillows provided.

i noticed the room could have benefited from a deeper clean, some ring marks were visible on the tables.

the hotel sits on a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood, though the parking was expensive. the central business district is within easy walking distance. i easily walked to the esplanade each day.

secure off-street parking is available . the hotel features papuan art, which adds a unique touch. there is a luggage storage area available at the reception desk. a small garden area is also accessible to guests.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Xenia. the reception staff provided quick responses to my questions. milk was replenished in the fridge regularly , though there was no microwave.
