decent poolhelpful staff
The restaurant offered a lunch buffet with many choices!!! The transport to the airport was a definite bonus. The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel also has a decent pool.
The A/C did not work well.

The staff lacked professionalism. My scheduled airport pickup was a DISASTER. I waited over an hour only to find out the driver left because I took too long exiting international arrivals. The front desk rep was combative when I complained about the shuttle service.

the room was clean and a good size.
I had issues with the restaurant service. It was very slow. my hamburger was undercooked and nothing was done when i complained. also, the hotel didn't provide an airport drop-off.

I found the free airport shuttle very convenient, especially with clear instructions on where to meet it. The staff was helpful with directions and information about local transport. I especially liked the on-site restaurant. It had tasty food, and the portions were generous.

inconsistent experience near the airport
unavailable pina coladainoperative air conditioning
the air conditioning in the room did not work. it was blowing but not chilling. the hotel bar had only one bottle of chardonnay, then they brought a second one already opened and used without explanation. pina colada was on the list but unavailable. after that the staff gave up on us and never returned to our table at the terrace.
