Aloha! The nightly fee for self-parking is $26.13. Are there any concerns regarding timeshare presentations during my stay?

Aloha. The hotel is transitioning to a timeshare property with Diamond Resorts International. Currently, a sales center is available on-site, but there are no ongoing demonstrations as an agreement has been reached with the local union. Can I store my luggage after checking out?
