slow lift broken phone

The lift was really slow. IT was annoying. the room phone didn't work. I had to walk down to reception for every little thing. I REALLY needed to report a maintenance issue, and it was such a hassle, I just left it. These issues need ATTENTION.

a SOLID stay NEAR the airport

modern room comfortable bed new hotel

i liked how new the room was. I found it very modern and it provided ALL the amenities i needed. The bed was VERY comfortable for a good nights sleep.

the hotel had limited information available regarding nearby attractions or local transportation options. this made planning excursions a bit more difficult without clear guidance.

the check in process was easy with helpful staff. the room was clean. it had all required necessities. the restaurant had minimal but solid options and breakfast was also solid.

The hotel is close to the airport. the shuttle service is not good. There are no directions as to where to get the shuttle. the front desk person said shuttles are not reliable. the mattresses sag to a side when you lay on it, so you have to sleep in the middle of the bed, or sleep tilted.

I found the lack of Dutch TV channels odd. The hotel is in a Dutch-speaking region, so you would expect them. the breakfast area became quite crowded, a bit unpleasant?

free shuttle helpful staff room dryer

The shuttle to the airport was free. The staff was helpful at all times. The room had an iron and a dryer so that was a plus.

I had to walk a while to a nearby train station.
