convenient airport hotel with great service
prompt assistance early check-in smooth transit varied selection
the staff provided prompt assistance with all inquiries i had. early check-in was a lifesaver after my long flight, and i really needed it. the free airport shuttle. the included breakfast had a varied selection. it helped start my day right.
i noticed that the window let in some noise from the nearby airport, though it didn't severely impact my sleep. i just noticed it a bit.

the hotel staff were helpful, they answered inquiries efficiently and provided useful information about local transport. they also offered a wake-up call service. the shuttle service was punctual and well-organized, it ensured timely airport transfers. the staff even assisted with luggage handling upon request.

Excellent Airport Hotel!
spacious room full breakfast buffet free shuttle clean room
The room was quite spacious and I especially appreciated the bathroom layout. A full breakfast buffet included both Western and Chinese options. It was AMAZING!!! Plus, the free airport shuttle was punctual. I found everything clean and well-kept, so I am grateful.

Acceptable Airport Hotel with Issues
constant noise cold dinner
The free airport shuttle ran efficiently and frequently, a big plus for early morning departures.
The room I had was disappointing. The noise from the nearby airport was constant, disrupting sleep. the on-site restaurant provided limited options for meals. The dinner I had was cold and unappetizing (I could not find an alternative nearby).

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport
limited variety small room
The lack of nearby options was disappointing. I found no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. The meals available at the hotel restaurant were pretty basic. A greater variety would have been welcome, especially after a long day of travel. The room felt a bit small, limiting space for luggage and movement.

The free airport shuttle was convenient. it ran frequently and saved me time and money. the room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable too!!!
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from outside.

outside noise cold air
the staff seemed willing to help, which i can say was acceptable.
The noise was really annoying. the windows did not block the sound effectively. Cold air came through too.
