Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!

The shuttle bus from the airport arrived at the hotel in about ten minutes! The staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. i found the room to be very clean and well-kept. the breakfast started early, so I did not miss out on it before my early flight.
I noticed only a little queue at check-in. It was not too bad though.

The included breakfast was convenient. it featured a push button coffee dispenser. this made getting coffee quick. the airport shuttle ran approximately every 20 minutes! it was easy to plan my trips. the location was near a shopping center. This added convenience.
the hotel room was uncomfortably warm! the thermostat did not seem controllable. i had to request a lower temperature at the front desk, though i am unsure if it helped. the room's window opened slightly. it could have used a more thorough cleaning.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was REGULAR, convenient for my early flight.
I found the check-in process slow. Only one person was working the desk. This caused a long wait, especially since several people arrived at once. I also found that the hairdryer in my room did NOT work. This was quite frustrating as I needed to use it.

faulty thermostatinconvenient socket
The room felt too warm, even though it was July. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but it didn't seem to work, that was disappointing. the wall socket next to the bed only worked when the lights were on. It was not great because I couldn't charge my phone overnight without leaving the lights on.
