inconsistent service and disappointing airport shuttle
airport shuttle stressful travel
the room itself was good, matching the standard for this brand.
the airport shuttle was a complete mess. i called for a pickup, but i waited one hour and made three calls. the driver even drove by with room in the van and ignored us. it was frustrating, plus, i had to reserve a spot for the shuttle, and i wasn't told about that initially. it added unnecessary stress to my travel plans.
