the room was big and the bathroom was clean (that was something i was really looking for).

i asked for an extra blanket, but i did not get it until i asked for it again the following day. i also requested a wake-up call and a cab to go to the airport early, but i didn't get the wake-up call, and i had to ask for taxi service when i went down to the lobby.

the shuttle provided direct transport to the entrance , easing my arrival. check-in was QUICK and efficient. the room was nicely appointed , including good kitchen amenities.

i asked for an extra blanket but did n't receive it until i asked for it again the following day. i requested a wake-up call and a cab to be ordered for us to go to the airport early in the morning but we did n't get the wakeup call and i had to ask her to order us taxi service when i went down to the lobby. these were substantial areas that WERE lacking in their customer service AT hyatt house lax in la.

The staff was very helpful! the free shuttle to the airport was fast. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was a good start to the day. The shuttle service helped avoid traffic.

the gym was quite small and lacked some equipment. i found that inconvenient. it would be great if they expanded it.

check-in was SUPER easy. i got an upgrade to a suite with a kitchen. the free breakfast buffet was also a plus. it.

a/c in my room was LOUD. it DISTURBED my sleep every night. i reported it multiple times, but they did not offer a solution.
