comfortable room great view courteous valet

keira greeted me at check-in. she was very friendly. the room had a great view and comfortable furniture. the valet guys were courteous and personable.

The hand soap in the bathroom was missing. We had to ask for it.

the hotel has a convenient downtown setting. benchmark concert venue is nearby. i was able to easily attend an event there. the location provides quick access to amalie arena, a great plus for event-goers.

the fitness center included a range of equipment. it had treadmills and stationary bikes available. the rooftop deck offered a relaxing space. the hotel provided a coffee maker in my room, which i found useful.

the breakfast setup had a nice layout with good foods. the options exceeded those at comparable hotels. breakfast offered great convenience to me. the included breakfast was very nice!

street noise limited variety

The street noise kept me awake, even on the 14th floor! Soundproof windows seem necessary given the location. Breakfast lacked variety. There were not many options.
