the gym had updated equipment including treadmills and several stationary bikes, i made good use of them. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh foods, catering to different tastes and dietary needs.

the hotel is situated quite a distance from the main attractions , requiring considerable travel time due to traffic. the soundproofing in my room was inadequate , i could clearly hear external noises and music from events held at the hotel.

poor soundproofing distant location

The soundproofing was terrible. I heard every noise from outside and loud music from a party until 6 am. the staff just repeated a script when i complained. the hotel is far from attractions. It took hours to reach places because of traffic.

the hotel offered a custom greeting experience upon arrival. the breakfast options were ample, and i particularly enjoyed the special indian delicacies (the chef even offered to prepare more!). the staff regularly checked with me about my needs and happiness with the services provided. i found the rooftop bar lovely for a sundowner.

The pool could benefit from extended hours. Closing at 8 pm felt somewhat early. i think it would be more enjoyable to relax by the pool later into the evening.

The architecture is excellent, and the staff ensures a pleasant visit. i observed the staff were consistently courteous. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with its excellent range of choices. The chef, govind, even offered to prepare special indian dishes for me. i also experienced a spa massage and found the masseuse professional.

the location is a bit far from the main attractions, so travel times need consideration, though the hotel itself is wonderful.
