the staff were helpful. i needed a taxi, and they arranged it quickly (i really appreciated that). the hotel's proximity to the metro was also convenient.

The room felt quite small. it was difficult to open luggage fully. the bathroom was also a tight space. It felt a bit uncomfortable to use.

the hotel has a metro station just steps away making city exploration easy. the staff were friendly and cute i felt comfortable. the room was clean and met expectations considering the price the breakfast was satisfactory.

the entrance to reception was small the rooms smelled bad. plus the rooms were smaller than expected. the bathroom door was broken and the shower area was too small.
