the hotel offered a free airport shuttle which was punctual.

the air conditioning barely worked and i requested to change rooms. the towels provided were worn and really should have been replaced. the breakfast buffet did not appeal and i would not recommend it to others.

An Okay Stay Close to the Airport

noisy vehiclerisky delay

The shuttle service needs serious improvement. The vehicle looked old and made a lot of noise. the reception did not tell me that the advertised 5-minute trip to the airport only applied to Terminal 1. Getting to Terminal 3 took 30 minutes! This delay is risky for anyone with international flights.

the free airport shuttle made getting to and from the terminals super easy. my superior double room was nothing messy. the staff was friendly and check-in was so quick and smooth, which i totally appreciated.

I found that the pool was a bit too shaded in the afternoon. It would be great if there were more hours of sunlight there.

the hotel's proximity to the airport is fantastic, it took only a short ride on the shuttle. this saved me a lot of time and made my transit so much easier, especially with an early flight.

I enjoyed taking a dip in the swimming pool. It was a refreshing way to unwind after a long trip. the pool area included comfortable loungers where i could relax and soak up the sun before my next flight.

Breakfast offered many options. There were both north american and local indonesian dishes available. i was able to grab a quick bite before heading back to the airport. there was fresh fruit as well.
