The hotel is near hallenstadion. I attended a concert. the room was clean. the bedding felt nice. the staff members were friendly and helpful ..

the mattress felt worn out. it had a noticeable indentation. it felt a bit like sleeping on a donut. the toilet flushing also continued.

the stay had some drawbacks. the shuttle service i expected was unclear, causing confusion. the room also felt quite basic. the shampoo, hand wash, and body wash were all the same product (this was disappointing).
