Ahmed Hisham at reception was helpful.

My room lacked basic amenities expected in a hotel of this class. I expected a bathrobe and slippers. The mini fridge was completely empty which was inconvenient.

Excellent Service and Convenient Amenities

amazing staff harmonious service active lifeguard

The staff were great too ensure a smooth stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant. I found the breakfast selection amazing, with Ms. Laxmi, Girish, Evelyn, and Tatiana providing attentive and harmonious service. I also appreciated the active lifeguard at the pool, as well as the 24-hour availability of the steam and sauna in the wellness area.

The elevators were occasionally slow, causing slight delays during peak times.

The hotel is close to the airport. Deira City Center, Al Ghurair Mall, and La Mer Beach are accessible with a F&B shuttle. This service is very convenient for shopping and beach outings .

mediocre stay with some issues

late cleaning small breakfast room

the hotel location is acceptable for accessing nearby shops.

the room cleanliness was not great i noticed dirty spots even after cleaning. the cleaning was done late sometimes after 4pm which was inconvenient after excursions. the staff seemed overwhelmed and the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests i had to wait in line.

polite staff extra water nice view small space bad sound ambient music

the reception staff was polite. dany from room service offered me extra water. the location is near two metro stations. the swimming pool had a nice view.

the breakfast space seemed small to me. it got bad after 9am. i could hear every sound from outside. the ambient music was audible too.
