the breakfast included a wide selection it was very good. the staff were friendly i found them helpful.

the air conditioning did not work my room was old. the price was very high for this room plus i paid extra for parking

great breakfast bus stop closed restaurant staff shortage

The breakfast included a great variety of options. The location was near the bus stop. I could get to the terminal in two stops by bus.

The restaurant and bar were closed on a Sunday evening due to a lack of staff. This was annoying since the hotel is not close to surrounding restaurants?

tired furniture missing socket

The breakfast offered a nice selection of well-prepared food.

The furniture in the room looked quite old. There was also no plug socket conveniently located next to the bed. The need for updates was apparent.

efficient check-in excellent food friendly staff clean room

the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient (that really helped me). food had excellent choices, and i found the staff quite friendly. the room and the hotel were very clean. i look forward to staying here again.

i thought the air conditioning in the room was a little too strong.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the staff spoke english. The hotel location is near the street train and a bus stop. The room was a nice size. the shower had good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The reception personnel were attentive and resolutive. They addressed my inquiries quickly. The staff offered to book a taxi to the airport, which i found helpful. The lobby crew on the 4th floor provided a customer-oriented and professional welcome.

The hotel provides easy access to the airport by walking, if you have no luggage. i noticed a sauna for relaxation. There is a park neighbourhood at walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is close to a supermarket and a bakery.
