I found the staff to be AMAZING! The hotel felt very secure and COMFORTABLE! It was well kept. The location was also GREAT.

i found the room somewhat noisy, which sometimes interrupted sleep. The noise seemed to come from outside, possibly due to street traffic.

the metro was very close. it was right outside the entrance which was very handy. many restaurants were also close by. the amenities inside were amazing. the apartment had a balcony, air conditioning, and a kitchenette with a stove top.

the room had only ONE ceiling window. it was generally VERY cramped. there was no vanity kit in the bathroom. i also found no water in the room.

I enjoyed a spacious room with a private bathroom. The beds felt comfortable and clean. João, the night auditor, was nice and very helpful he even booked us a taxi early in the morning at 5am. Everything went smoothly.

The room felt very small. There was not much daylight because of a small window. The hotel is next to a refugee shelter and these people stay in tents across from the hotel.
