The staff took the time to explain the highlights of the city to their guests.
Our room was FAR too small. The bed was filling the whole room. The photos were deceiving. The room was already a bit run down.

The location was acceptable, close to public transport. It made getting around easy.
I was disappointed to find our room very small, barely enough space to move around. It felt quite cramped. the stairs were also a challenge, especially with luggage. They were very narrow and steep. i also found the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the day
