the location was ACCEPTABLE because subway and bus stop were nearby.

i was VERY disappointed. the bathroom had hair from previous guests, the walls had dirt marks. the aircon IS centrally controlled and i could not open windows. a smoking area in reception exists, so the lobby had a cigarette smell.

The hotel is right next to shinagawa seaside station. This made traveling very simple. the airport limousine bus stops directly outside the hotel. the staff were polite. the room was quite spacious and comfortable. i chose this location for its proximity to the disney parks.

the centrally controlled air made the room warm. there was no way to control the air from inside the room.

The hotel provides many breakfast choices. Everything in japanese cuisine is offered. the breakfast is definitely a very strong point of this hotel. The variety and quality impressed me. it was delicious.

the reception is on the 16th floor it features glass windows that offer a view. sofas are available near the reception plus water and coffee. the room was clean the bathtub was spacious for a relaxing soak.

the ac did not have a cold option only heat was available. it became warm inside the room while stepping out felt cold. this temperature difference affected my health.

the queen room provided a view of the sea and included a comfortable bed. the room also contained blackout curtains ensuring darkness for sleeping and a work desk with adequate lighting.

the staff helped me quickly resolve a minor issue at check-in.

the room's carpet had several noticeable stains i found this unpleasant the central air conditioning did not allow individual temperature adjustments it was too warm i could not open a window to get fresh air this made sleeping difficult.
