The hotel's location proved convenient. I found it easy to walk to many historical landmarks. The room was quiet, a real plus given the central location (i slept well!). I also appreciated the proximity to numerous dining options.
the outdated furniture gave the room a somewhat neglected feel. I hope they consider some updates soon. It didn't ruin my stay, but it was noticeable.

The hotel offered a complimentary coffee bar each morning, a service I found very convenient. It was a nice touch, especially before heading out for the day to explore. Staff ensured the area remained clean and well-stocked.

The hotel provided valet parking, offering convenient access. Security staff stood by the entrance, they monitored comings and goings (very professional!). The historic building was also close to a tram stop for easy transport around the area.

i reduced my stay by one day and the staff were very helpful. the location was super central to everything and allowed me to explore easily. the building had character and my room was lovely. i had a great view of the city.
the room's lighting was too dark with few lights available. the windows needed cleaning, and some areas weren't super clean.

the beautiful queen room included comfortable bedding and climate control. i noticed that the room had ample space for luggage and personal items. a large television was available with multiple channels.

the front desk staff was attentive and available to answer questions. i appreciated the prompt handling of my request to shorten my stay. the valet parking service operated efficiently at all times.
