fantastic hotel experience!

i loved my time here the hotel ensured my needs were met with excellent service. i enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar with its amazing views, especially while i had sri lankan dinner and smoothies. the staff was really helpful, especially when they assisted with rides and offered great recommendations.

On-site parking is free, enabling easy access for those driving. The hotel features a gym, though it accommodates only one person at a time comfortably, and it has a running trail plus a bicycle.

Breakfast includes a wide variety of options. Dozens and dozens of foods are there to taste, with amazing fruits. the hotel's cafe downstairs serves excellent cappuccinos and cakes. This is highly recommend for a quick treat.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the made-to-order eggs. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room also provided a wonderful sea view.
The room wasn't ready at 5 p.m. My arrival was delayed. I found an unemptied bathroom bin after finally accessing the room. I could hear the bass from the rooftop bar on the 9th floor from my room on the 8th.

The staff offered a warm welcome. the rooms were super clean and well-kept. customer service demonstrated a commitment to making our stay comfortable. i would like to mention our service staff at breakfast and our housekeeper. They are very professional and kind. the rooftop bar provided an amazing space and the breakfast was delicious. i also appreciated the nice pool, and it was easy to get transport.
The room had a constant noise coming from a machine attached to it. It was annoying

The staff proved courteous. Breakfast was good.
My room faced the train tracks so the noise was constant. The windows did not offer any soundproofing so sleep was difficult.
