disruptive noiseunauthorized charges

My stay began smoothly enough, yet a couple of issues dampened my experience. i found the noise from the connecting rooms quite disruptive. i could hear conversations and tv sounds clearly, a situation not conducive to rest. additionally, some charges looked on my card post-checkout for items i did not consume. This created an unnecessary follow-up that i found frustrating.
