small coffee cupsunhelpful receptionist
Initially, the room seemed fine, but i discovered the coffee cups were ridiculously small. there was no kettle, either. A real problem if you aren't a coffee drinker. the receptionist was unhelpful, i requested a sewing kit as there wasn't one in the room, i had to find it myself. the arrangement of the beds was strange because they pushed two single beds together.

the free airport bus was useful, it saved me time and money.
the mini bar prices were high, it cost almost three euros for a small can of water. this seemed unreasonable, especially as no complimentary water was provided in the room.

deep tubcheck-in problem
the room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge, deep tub i liked a lot.
i think they must check for this type of inconvenience, because its so frustrating when you think everything is okay and then you get surprises when you must pay at the end. i hope they improve it in the future.
