really good service arab dishes thoughtful surprise

Claudia and francesca provided really good service. They ensured every detail was perfect. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection. It included warm continental and arab dishes. solomon, the concierge, offered excellent service. He anticipated all my needs. the anniversary cake was a thoughtful surprise. It deeply touched me.

the lebanese front office manager lady was very rude during checkout. she asked me to pay 250 aed for damage to a leather paper holder. her inappropriate behavior left a bad impression of the hotel.

very nice vision rainfall shower

I adored the building's design. Zaha hadid's vision is very nice! the bed was comfy and i loved the rainfall shower, it was so relaxing after a long day.

the pool was shallower than i anticipated, measuring only half a meter deep, it's not really suited for swimming laps.

The hotel design is beautiful, it is easy on the eyes. everything about the design was comforting. the food was amazing. The breakfast on the second floor restaurant was delicious. i love the shower.

the floor was full of stains when i walked in. the tv remote was broken. the carpet seemed like it had not been washed.
