easy access delicious high tea
the location allowed easy access to major attractions. the level lounge provided delicious high tea. staff proactively reminded me to enjoy the perks each day. the breakfast had many international and local choices.

dusty areas hallway smell
The room's cleanliness was questionable. I noticed dust in some areas (especially on the connecting room doors). The hallways had an unpleasant smell. I think the carpets are to blame, but it was great.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of food.
i experienced a significant issue with the room. the shower barrier failed to prevent water from escaping, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. the bed was excessively firm, resulting in a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

the breakfast had a super wide choice. the room was quiet despite the nearby mosques. the staff made sure i was comfortable.
the shower area was small in the bathroom. the tiles needed proper cleaning. there was no drinking water provided in the room.

friendly staff great location beautiful lobby live music
i found the staff very friendly. the location proved great since it was near both borobudur and prambanan. the lobby displayed a beautiful design. the chinese restaurant inside offered very nice dining. live music was played every evening adding to the ambiance.
