the hotel location was excellent because i had a very early flight. i found the room clean. the bed provided great comfort for a restful sleep. the provision of complimentary water was a welcome touch.

i found the hotel a little difficult to locate initially.

kind manager comfortable beds quiet room

the manager i encountered, chloe, showed such kindness to my family. the beds were soft and really comfortable for resting before my flight. i appreciated the quiet room, it allowed for deep sleep.

i found that the hotel location made it difficult to handle luggage. it required exiting through customs, checking bags, and re-entering security.

The hotel's airside location allowed easy access to my connecting flight the next morning. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and included tea, coffee, and water. the shower was great. I especially liked the soft, comfortable bed.

the hotel was slightly difficult to locate due to the limited signage, so additional directions or larger signs would be helpful.
