the manager i encountered, chloe, showed such kindness to my family. the beds were soft and really comfortable for resting before my flight. i appreciated the quiet room, it allowed for deep sleep.

i found that the hotel location made it difficult to handle luggage. it required exiting through customs, checking bags, and re-entering security.
