the ground floor includes a great bar and restaurant. i ate three meals at the hotel because the food was very delicious. my room had wonderful decorations and all the amenities i needed. the room was clean.
the thermostat in my room was electronic and a bit off. it went to 88 degrees in the middle of the night. i couldn't adjust it and had to open a window. the manager only took off the resort fee at check out.

I found the location really convenient to many attractions. It was also easy to walk to nearby shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I appreciated their quick responses. Rooms were well appointed and very clean.

i enjoyed the attentive staff. meals were excellent in the restaurant. the pub was popular and fun in the evenings..
there were huge road works just next door. this work started heavy at 4:00 am every night. it continued until 10:30 am, so sleeping was just impossible.

I found the onsite restaurant super convenient. It offered both breakfast and dinner! a separate space accommodated work meetings, a nice bonus. I didn't even have to leave the hotel. plus, it's near times square! i found an easy walk to broadway theaters, shopping, and central park.
the street noise was a little noticeable, particularly early in the morning.
