The staff was cute and helpful. our room was quite spacious with a sofa, table, and kitchenette with utensils. hotel breakfast had a variety of options. I especially liked the raw honeycomb.
The tv remote seemed unsanitary! it had been wrapped in tape with white gel-like substances trapped behind the tape. the swimming pool had no seating area, so you couldn't lounge by the pool. the room wasn't like any of the rooms advertised online. It had none of the fancy decor as shown.

The staff extended such warmth. Their politeness was a constant comfort. they accommodated my luggage after checkout. It allowed me to savor the city before my departure. i was impressed as the check-in was very fast and easy and the team solved all my needs. i relished in the restaurant, its offerings were really good.
I found the design slightly off. Simple things were missing like tissues and glasses.

missing blanketrude staff
I had hoped for a better experience. i requested extra pillows through the app, but they said the hotel could be fully booked. i asked again later that evening, but pillows never arrived. the next morning, i requested an extra blanket because there was only a sheet. I was told to lower the ac and that they had no pillows or blankets. it was disappointing. the gentleman at the desk seemed rude and inconsiderate.
