The location was very central. It was close to everything. I appreciated the staff who were super attentive. Francisco gave great recommendations .

Every day when I returned to my room there was a strong smell of canalization. I reported this issue but nothing was done to address it. My friends also experienced the same problem.

excellent selection freshly cooked eggs central location

the breakfast had an excellent selection. we were also asked daily if we wanted any eggs freshly cooked. the location is rightly in the center, (which makes it very convenient).

the pillows weren't the most comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my early check-in request. there was a welcome pastry in my room. It was a nice touch. the room had good soundproofing and blackout blinds, which i appreciated.

The elevator was quite small. It barely fit four people without luggage.
