My wife and i were very happy with our stay. sarah at the front desk offered us early check-in because a room was available. This was helpful! the room included nespresso coffee, lotion, shampoo, liquid soap, and conditioner. the hotel is near an underground train station and a mall with a practical food court.
The hotel is showing its age and could benefit from some refurbishment. This would definitely elevate the guest experience.

the breakfast restaurant had suzi, a manager who was very sweet to families and provided excellent service. the food selection was diverse and abundant, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, great! there was enough space for everyone to enjoy the breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. It is approximately 800 meters from the central station. the ubahn is right next to the hotel, so it's easy to get around. This is a big plus. the surrounding area felt safe and accessible!
