The hotel is a short walk from the airport terminal. Breakfast had many options and i found them delicious. Staff members were helpful and friendly at all times. The room was clean.. i liked the view of planes. The car parking under the hotel was ideal.

i found it impossible to change the air conditioned temperature in the room, making it a little stuffy.

i wasn't thrilled the air conditioning wasn't working properly. a technician told me the system only heated, it did not cool. my room was at 24 degrees, so i had to switch the ac off completely. also, the sauna looks more like a utility room, it needs plants and decorations.

i found the location convenient near the high speed rail and airport. the walkway connecting the station to the hotel was mostly covered providing easy access. i experienced quick early check in and a comfortable room plus bathroom. they also printed my boarding passes promptly with great service.

the air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust initially but i figured it out

The early bird breakfast, was not available when i needed it. i was told 5am was when it started. I had seen french pilots with breakfast bags much earlier. also, our rooms were not close together. they were on different floors. Staff did move them to the same floor upon check-in, though.

the hotel offered a direct connection to the terminal, simplifying my early departure. the room was very clean and well kept. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating to any request (a genuine pleasure, really). the on-site restaurant served excellent food.

The bar service seemed a little slow during peak hours. Getting a drink took longer than expected.

incorrect thermostatexpensive breakfast

the room thermostat never seemed to work correct. i set it to 19 degrees, but the room remained at 23. it was difficult to get a good nights sleep because of the temperature. breakfast was acceptable, but it was too expensive for the choices offered.
