the location was near the tram. this helped with connectivity.

The bathroom sink plug was broken and i had to keep it in place. it was not a good experience. the sofa bed was a joke. I have seen better sofa beds, but this was the worst.

I found the location excellent, especially for airport access, with a tram stop very close by. The tram provides swift transport to the terminal and the city center. My renovated room felt fresh and included effective blackout curtains. Stable Wi-Fi supported both work and leisure.

The dark green paint on the bathroom door was already chipped, and there was no doorstop.

The hotel is close to the airport and public transport. The tram station is directly by the hotel. It will take you to the airport or to Zürich city center. I found complimentary water in the mini fridge. The beds are comfortable enough.

There was no chef at the hotel restaurant at 6pm. I ordered some food. They told me there was no room service. I had to collect the food myself. The housekeeping did not replace the drinking water and toilet paper. I had to call and ask for it.
