Reliable and Convenient Airport Hotel

excellent location blackout curtains stable wi-fi

I found the location excellent, especially for airport access, with a tram stop very close by. The tram provides swift transport to the terminal and the city center. My renovated room felt fresh and included effective blackout curtains. Stable Wi-Fi supported both work and leisure.

The dark green paint on the bathroom door was already chipped, and there was no doorstop.

Rooms

9/10

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. It featured a good bed. A shelf provided practical space for storage, especially for shoes. The bathroom included well-kept fixtures and essential amenities.

Dining

8/10

The hotel restaurant features a varied menu. This provides convenient options without needing to search for outside dining. I found the breakfast to be well laid out and quite satisfying.

Location

10/10

The hotel is superbly located steps from the tram stop. This offers very easy access to both the airport and the city. Several food stores and restaurants are in close proximity too.

Service

9/10

The staff members are friendly and efficient, and the team is always helpful. I observed that the service feels organized and professional, even during busy periods. Check-in was smooth and cute, really.

public transport tram station comfortable beds restaurant chef room service drinking water

The hotel is close to the airport and public transport. The tram station is directly by the hotel. It will take you to the airport or to Zürich city center. I found complimentary water in the mini fridge. The beds are comfortable enough.

There was no chef at the hotel restaurant at 6pm. I ordered some food. They told me there was no room service. I had to collect the food myself. The housekeeping did not replace the drinking water and toilet paper. I had to call and ask for it.
